Anybody who knows this Roadster?
For sale in EU for 33k, but owner doesn't know VIN...
@TEG Maybe?

Do I get a prize?

Those are pictures of SFZRE2B38A3000286

But, is that listing a scam? Those pictures were touched up from this listing in Norway:

Tesla Roadster

Here is the supposed 33K Euro listing:
Tesla de € 33.000,-

By the way, I think Euro 0286 had first arrived in Norway as a more ordinary looking Roadster with cast wheels and without all the carbon fiber. I think Ferdinand may have done a lot of cosmetic upgrades on that car to give it the black forged wheels, and all the interior & exterior carbon fiber options.

That’s one of those custom (color option 5) paints you could order when the Roadster was in production. It’s a metallic “Lotus Racing Green” and is very dynamic in different lighting. What a beautiful car....

This was an interesting auction.
100% agree. BTW, everyone should read through the comments as it paints a broad picture of the temperament contemporary buyers (and, yes, some tire kickers) have for these cars. Adding a direct link here so just make sure to click the "VIEW MORE" button when you get to the bottom as there are 127 of them to read through.

Is BAT the best place to host a Roadster auction? Possibly not for top $$$ but I appreciate the fact that it exposed the car to a broader audience and, more importantly, elicited a dialog that piqued the curiosity of potential buyers who otherwise wouldn't have considered one.

BTW, did anyone else notice the fine company this car was sharing in that storage facility? I spy with my little eye... '67 SS, 575, DB5

I don't know that BAT is the place to sell a Roadster. At least not yet. If you've got an older Alfa, Ferrari, Corvette, BMW, Mustang, Porsche or other rare/weird car, then yes, it's great. I commented on this last auction (Wade944) and some guy messaged me on there saying how much more convenient and better Lotus Elises were cuz they were lighter and gas powered. The clients looking on BAT are definitely interested and knowledgeable about [vintage] sports cars, but I'm not sure many of them believe that EVs are the future......

I talked to the owner of this car, he is dead set on trying to get the full 65k for it

Interesting...

Also, I discovered that he's actually NOT the only "Lotus British Racing Green Metallic" U.S. Roadster produced. He's the third.

Validation Prototype 3 (VP03), Production 122, and his Production 206 are all the exact same color. I'm sure he just doesn't know about that.

There's also VIN 300, which was a "Porsche L22G" metallic racing green. I've never seen it, but Google seems like the paint would be highly similar.
