Totally Flat Tire - No Visible Damage?!

So, I got my second flat tire in two weeks (different tires). Tire was completely flat when I got in the car (didn't realize it until I drove a few feet - TPMS didn't indicate anything just read "----" but heard an odd noise.

Anyhow, Tesla roadside came out and replaced my tire with a loaner wheel/tire. Upon inspecting the "damaged" tire, nothing could be found. I do need to take it to a gas station (I have my damaged tire in my trunk an appointment at the service center next week) and try to fill it with air to see if I can hear a leak. If there is one, I'm hoping it's repairable.

Three theories:
1. There is jagged concrete (like shards) around my building's garage from some demolition - maybe that caused a small but hard to detect tear if I parked on a piece overnight?

2. Someone let the air out of my tire on purpose (have sentry on now, but didn't previously)?

3. The valve stem was somehow damaged and air escaped that way?

Has anyone else heard of this issue?
