Didn't a judge even dismiss a Civil Lawsuit saying you can't sue a company for missing it's projections? This news about the FBI seems perfectly timed to drop the stock right when things are looking up for Tesla.

When will Ford and GM be investigated for playing the same tricks as VW did in cheating emissions tests? Where are the executives in hand cuffs? It's ridiculous how bad the deck is stacked.

Note that it's more intense and urgent reporting than they had when Tesla reported record numbers.

This is how these guys play the trading game. They don't release this during the weekend. It's all part of the manipulation operation. They get ready with the articles, then either release on Thursday evening, or during Friday trading hours.

I don't think there's any way they didn't know 20k was impossible in December given what they knew about the malfunctioning battery module equipment in Sparks. The evidence is pretty strong actually given that 5k/week took 6 months to get to. I just don't know what the actual punitive action would be to 'protect shareholders'.
