turn off passenger side fan?

stupid question, but is there no way to turn off the passenger or drivers side fan independently? my girlfriend always complains about being cold, but im hot. lol. just want to turn her side off. i assume this isnt possible yet?

While she can't turn off her fan, she can redirect the flow with a swipe on the screen to blow around her instead of on her.

If she finds an ideal temperature setting for her side, she won't have to worry about controlling the fan speed. Comfort + one less thing to micro-manage. Win-win.

I don’t think you have an option to turn off the side vent but Tesla has dual zone climate. If you adjust the temperature there will to be an option that says sync if you press that the passenger has their own temperature settings and she can adjust them to her preference

ah damn, thanks. was hoping it wasnt just one fan. silly design. would be nice to be able to shut off the vent without a seperate item. damn tesla, half genius half moron haha.

As others have mentioned the best thing to do is to split the airflow on the passengers side and direct it as far up as possible so it doesn't blow directly at the passengers face. It makes a big difference when you make this adjustment.

Just swipe the air to not blow on her. It's in the UI, make the air split and she wouldn't even feel it.
