I think you could be in luck. We’ll see, I expect the government may take it case by save for the first few weeks. They surely must understand that people are unhappy that they’re paying £3,500 more than their friend did an hour beforehand!

I doubt it. Knowing this government and how they have ****ed the country I can't see my luck going the right way. Just baffles me that they bang on about 2035 being Deadline day for ICE cars but yet they remove the incentive for cars above a certain bracket. It's madness.

Agreed, it’s rare for them to do anything that helps! Maybe it’s the optimist in me hoping they’ll do something helpful for once.

I have, but it’s NHS fleet solutions my trust use. I still haven’t heard anything from Tesla but I have cal ales them with the RN for an update. Ordered mid feb but took a lot of back and forth with paperwork.

Unsure if it’s the same as your trust (unless we work at the same place!) :eek:

I phoned the lease company today about the OLEV grant, and they've been holding back on orders until they knew what was happening with the grant.

What this means, is that I have missed out on the grant which is frankly *sugar*, but not a knockout blow. I've asked for a re-quote on a white M3P to absorb some of the extra cost.

Did you manage to get a RN prior to this? I’ve got my RN, Tesla say I’m scheduled to collect in 26th. Spoke with NHS today and they said as soon as I have the licence plate call them and they’ll allow me to collect.
The only problem is I’ve received nothing at all officially from Tesla? Did you receive confirmation from Tesla or NHSFS?

Update:I'm due to collect a car on the 17th, no messages and no texts so just hope it's mine! Moral of the story is don't wait for the text, if you have a RN number ring Tesla.

Contacted Fleet Solutions today, and they said that there's word on the street that there might be a u-turn over the abolishment of the grant, though I'm not optimistic. They're not happy that the supplier has held back on orders until they knew about the budget, and I think they're going to contest orders placed before the announcement should have the prices honoured regardless, as an order was made based on that price.

WARNING: Tusker told me yesterday that my order hadn't been placed with Tesla after all, despite me checking every couple of weeks with them over the last 2 months, and that they wanted £5K more over the 2 year lease period and I would need to wait another 14 weeks. That would be an 8 1/2 month wait. I don't think so!!!
