Unable to see Cost Estimates in app

Has anyone else experienced the problem of not being able to see Cost Estimates for service appointments in the Tesla app?

The "Preparation" tick is empty, the "Cost Estimate" is ticked, but there's no ability that I can see to actually view the danged thing. This happens on two instances of the app logged into the same account, so I'm guessing that it's a server-side issue or a bug in the client, rather than a client-side data issue.

I've tried getting Tesla Service to email me the quote, but that never arrives either I think I've had this issue before, too.

Any ideas?

That they have not actually prepared a cost estimate yet, which is why you cant see it (thats my answer to "any ideas?"). No idea if its right or not, but thats what I think is going on here.

Thanks. They say that they have, but I've got no way of checking that.

I’ve been having issues with the Service features or the app for the last couple of days, so your issue might be related. Specifically, I get connection errors when I try to update or schedule an upcoming service request.

I have the same issue. Stuck at the same point and they said they emailed me as well. There is no email from them.
