Unable to see sentry video clips in car on Model X

Hi all,
Please excuse if I am not to the mark as this is my first post.
Having a NZ 2019 Model X 100D on version 2020.8.3
The car says it has no further upgrades and is at the latest firmware available.
However on this website I can see others have a much higher firmware and are able to view Sentry mode event video within the car itself. I am unsure why this vast difference in firmware and features.

Welcome!!!

The releases of software are peculiar in the way they are distributed.
We do not yet know the "system" Tesla uses to determine who gets the software or when.

With that being said - The releases go out by, model, features, and region or country...

If you have the software switch set to "advanced" you may get them a bit earlier than set to "standard."

You are right, guess I just need to be patient. Its just my experiences with Tesla in the past 11 months that has made me lose trust in them.
