I'm wondering if the Model X also has the titanium plate aka "tank-mode", or is the road clearance greater vs the MS negating the "need" for it?

I believe I read it has 6-8" ground clearance or something like that. (That's greater than the MS)

Does the 6 six config include a center console?

Seems like it in the picture above. I think that will make the configuration quite a bit more popular than the 7 seat one.

I ordered the 6 seat config, and I saw the center console at the event in the red test car. I asked a representative at the configuration booth...and she went asked her supervisor...After about 5 minutes I got the answer that they are not configuable and didn't know if they ever would be...Just not alot of information
