Sad thing is that I put nearly 10k miles on my Winters in 4 months and I am probably not going to even come close to that with the Summers because of COVID-19

Most of my miles were kid related activities and now there’s nothing happening. Anywhere.

Next time, don't remove the tire. Just position the foreign object on top and reach in and pry it out or jack it up a little to give more room to work.

This was a rear tire. There was NO room to dig it out easily and then possibly plug it if it started to leak. Just easier to remove the wheel. Simple enough with impact wrench.

Haha... I know!!! I was thinking about putting some rubber glue in there to fill the little hole.

OK. Thanks everyone for the input. So came home and took the wheel off and pried the thing out. Not sure if you can tell in the picture but it was a piece of hard plastic. Dug around a little after removing and did not feel anything else in the wound. No leak.
Glad to have resolution and also thankful for the resource such as this board.

Also very happy that my fears about Michelin and Tesla were completely unfounded.
