Tesla blocked my Supercharging on a Free Supercharging car last week because it had an erroneous $8.60 charge for about a year. It took Tesla 7 months to active my "Free" unlimited Supercharging on a brand new car. They assured me that they would activate the free SC AND credit be for any charges last year but it was like pulling teeth to get the FSC activated so I didn’t chase them to get the balance credited. I paid the balance because they are next impossible to contact and it wasn’t worth another 30-40 emails and countless hours trying to resolve. Now we are back to paid supercharging! These people at Tesla are clueless or just plain lazy in regards to customer service and satisfaction. The old erroneous charges were not for being left plugged in but for a few actual test chargings to see if the Free Supercharging was active which it took 7 months to get taken care of.
