Update for 2019 8.3 never sent for my 2018 Model S

Been waiting for this update for a while. Seems like all Model 3's and most Model S's have received it. Not sure what the hold up is. I've contacted Tesla Customer Service and still no update. I would love to have Sentry Mode and Stop Light awareness. Any advice?

I think you mean 8.5?? According to Teslafi, only a small percentage of cars have 8.3.

Is the version on the Phone App the same version as the car? If so, Version is 2019.9 8282d10. I took that to mean 8.2. Is it actually 9 (so I'm waiting for upgrade to 12)? If so, quite confusing because I do not have Sentry or stop light modes.

It's actually 9. The last 7 characters after the space are a security hash.

That’s right. @Scott Rose - you are on version 2019.9 Only a small percentage of folks are on the version later than you (2019.12) so I would just be patient.

Non AP and AP1 are mostly still on 2018.50.6. AP2 and 2.5 are mostly on 2019.8.5.

AP with convenience features wasn't activated on my vehicle when I picked it up.
I contacted support and they pushed it out but they also pushed out 2019.8.3
