Used delivery questions

I’m picking up a used model x tomorrow. I read through old posts about delivery checklists, etc and still have a couple of questions

If there are damaged areas that weren’t represented in the photos can I insist that they fix them or will they insist that the car is sold “as is” even if not represented in photos?

How about the yellow line issue on the MCU? If that something I can request a due bill for at the time of delivery and will they be cooperative on that?

Not sure on your questions. It I’d imagine, until you hand them the check, you don’t own anything.
I took delivery today, it took all of 5 mins. I pulled up, the door to the car was open, got in and set my phone to control it, got out, walked around the car to make sure nothing looked off, signed 3 pieces of paper, handed the guy the clipboard and check, then drove off.
