In your case, I'd take the money. 65k miles in 6 years is a long time. It depends on your local supercharging rate but it'll take probably 5 years to break even.

In my case the situation is the opposite. I drive more than 65k in one year and I'm so much on the road that all I have available is superchargers. If I get an option to get that free, that's worth more for me.

Original FUSC did not state 'reasonable use"... that was added around 2015 (to FUSC / SC01) to address the blossoming fleet of Tesla-based taxi and limousine services that had unlimited miles on their drivetrain warranty and unlimited free fuel. If you are planning to use the car for commercial purposes with multiple supercharging sessions every day, only then do you have an issue
