Ya but Joe said on Twitter, that he saw no sign of any production vehicles today. The latest of Joe's videos that I see on Youtube is from Wed., Jan. 5th and not today. Also Jeff Roberts has not yet posted his drone update for today.
Most of the regular drone filmers have Tesla’s ok. But as Elon’s tweet from 2 Augusts ago, he has little issue as long as they don’t buzz the workersjust curious, tesla has no problem drones flying on their property everyday?
Thankfully the FAA controls airspace regulations and not Tesla security.

I’m going to be far more optimistic than I have any reason to be based on experience and say Monday. I hope no later than Friday given all indications of an imminent production start. My bet is, first vin will come out on Tuesday. Any takers?

The FAA controls navigable airspace. The question is the boundary between private property and navigable airspace. "Private property, on the other hand, has been loosely defined as owning at least as much space above the ground as they can use in connection with the land." The only Supreme Court precedent, from 75 years ago, was 85 ft but that depended on the facts of the actual case.Thankfully the FAA controls airspace regulations and not Tesla security.
