Vision AP Nag - anyway to adjust or turn off?

Just took delivery of a LR MY today. Coming from a m3 sr+ - I don't remember the autopilot being this loud, red and or often. Its different than the regular nag. My friend said to turn off data collection but that didn't work. Its waaay too aggressive/annoying.

I know this post might seem incredibly stupid to some of you, but it's really jarring compared to the previous AP I had. The in cabin camera pretty much ruins AP in my honest opinion, it's incredibly unforgiving...The split second I glance away, you get an alert for not watching the road, turns down music and is loud and goes straight to red, rather than the blue first.

No, I just figured that would disable AP all together if it was that easy..

I suspect it will get better over time. They just enabled the cabin camera for this function so along with the newness of vision-only, they should get better as they get more input from real-world use. And if everyone blocks data-sharing, it likely won't get better....

I just covered the camera on my new M3 and voila returned back to the same nag times as before. Wow that was quite annoying for a week for nags every 5 seconds.

Did some more testing.. The nah mainlu comes when I'm looking down at my phone...

Just covered it with black circle tape. Ap still works as normal. Problem solved.

Yea no, thats what AP Is for.

There's a difference between glancing at your phone for a split second to change an audio app or whatever, and stairing down at your phone for a period of time not paying attention, at all.

Bring on all the downvotes Karens, because I know dang well you are all guilty of using your phone, even for a split second while driving. And if you say otherwise you're lying.
