Was it said that upgrades would be retrofitable?

Did you really get the new (larger) visors?

I got two new visors, but they were exactly the same size. My car was delivered without mirrors underneath the flaps. I thought they would just pop in some glass, but when I got the car back it had new visors. I'm not sure larger ones would work unless they also change the headliner because they fit into recesses in the headliner when they're up.

FWIW, my visors when straight down go pretty much to where the road meets the horizon and I wouldn't need/want them any larger.

Hardware upgrades were mentioned, but someone somewhere took that to mean that all cars would be eligible for all improvements, and that they were included.

Software updates were also mentioned, and they specifically referred to owners having to subscribe to the pre-paid Maintenance Plan to get them. That was one of my reasons for paying for the plan. Yes, they did back away from that language, but it was confusing for early owners.
