They called me yesterday and let me know that the car was slated to show up at the delivery center in the evening and asked if I wanted to take delivery today. I'm scheduled for 5PM today.

Whats the actual cutoff for WA state? I thought the only incentive was less sales tax on EV under $30k... (ie, none of the Tesla cars qualified)It seems we do not get sales tax exemption if it is not SR model. Switching to LR becoming more and more costly
Ah, I'm doing a $24k trade-in, so it kinda does the same thing with the sales tax in the end
The experience was as expected. Found a couple of minor issues and the delivery folks told me to take a picture and submit it in the app the first 24 hours/100 miles. There was some tape stuck to the trim under the glass roof and they wouldn't even remove for me at the time of delivery and told me to submit it via the app!
The car was unlocked and I was able to look over everything for an hour or so before signing the docs and taking delivery.
Been working with a SA out of Renton. Was expecting to pick up in Renton, got switched to being delivered to Bellevue. But they will only do a home delivery and won’t allow me to pick up at the delivery center. The SA is trying to sort through it right now and also mentioned the car still in Cali.
I submitted a pic of the insurance card for my old car before getting a VIN. The pickup instructions said to bring insurance information, but no one ever asked for it.
You might want to start looking for quotes now... I've heard first time car owners trying to get a Tesla insured are getting gouged by insurers.
Decided to ditch the financing and pay it off, immediately upon updating payment method I got a VIN.

Picking up tomorrow, went to check it out today. Imperfection on the panel by the bumper and looks like water in the fog light. Also the doors aren’t all aligned and the handles weren’t flush with the front door...Not sure if I should accept...

Anyone seeing much VIN action this morning? Yesterday seemed pretty action packed, but haven’t seen much movement today here or on the spreadsheet.
