after staying for 2 weeks window for 4 days got pushed to the 5-week window - Apr-May. I talked to SA even yesterday and I was told that they feel very confident to get my car by end of this month. not sure if I believe anything they say.
The journey continues. Just got a call from someone in the Renton facility. Sounds like Tesla identified issues with the drive invertors on some number of cars from Freemont so obviously I can't take delivery on Friday as expected until they can get the parts from Freemont and replace them. Obviously I want a safe car, and better this was identified before taking delivery, but my wife and are both taking time off work to drive all the way down to Renton (they don't offer home delivery where we live) so, in her case, she's wasting PTO now when she's holding onto as much as possible because we're expecting another child in May. VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW.

Got a call from Fremont today asking for trade-in info, told him I don't want to put that info before a VIN is assigned cause last time I did so it pushed my EDD back 3 months. He told me the trade-in wouldn't affect EDD so I gave him the info. finger crossed he was not lying!

I got same phone call last week, but did not add trade-in info. I thought the guy was reading off a script and really hadn't idea about any tie between the EDD and trade-ins.
Still trying to figure out if there's any commonality for us with slow to fulfill / many date changes orders. Is it white interior? Tow? I don't think it's exterior color.
