Your sources are wrong and mine are better. I am the neighbor of a woman who said her cousin is a janitor at the factory and overheard another employee say that he heard the admin assistant to Elon purport Elon turned off one of the blinks as a cost cutting method.

It’s funny, I noticed this the other day. After 12.4.4 and didn’t think too much of it.. clearly it’s a change.
I DO prefer the three blinks vs. two, I think most people aren’t going to notice the two blinks.
