What product to use to clean back of seats?

I have the black interior but the plastic (I think it’s plastic?) on the back of the seat has some white scuffs on it. What products to use to clean the back part of the seats?

Is there an all purpose cleaner to use to clean the front of the seats, back of seats and the dashboard?

I first use LVP Cleaner for my interior. There are many similar products. If white marks or patches remain then I use Meguiar's Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner. Again, there are many similar products. I also use the Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner to clean and protect my tires, to protect the weather stripping (seals) around the car, and to restore my floor mats when white patches remain after cleaning.

I follow the directions and I use microfiber towels. The LVP Cleaner says to apply it to a damp microfiber towel so I keep a spray bottle of water in my cleaning kit to dampen towels. The Vinyl and Rubber cleaner has a funny smell, almost like a new car smell. But it dissipates quickly outside and dissipates overnight inside the car. If I used a lot of it on the floor mats then I will usually leave the doors and hatch open for about 10 minutes to air the car out.
