What tax form to fill out to get the credit of $7,500

    Can someone please advise on what tax form to fill out to get the tax credit of $7,500 for 2016.

    What information do I need to provide in that tax form?

    Turbo tax will take care of no problem. You'll need the VIN number purchase date etc.

    HR block was easy. Just got my $7,500 back. $10,000 total for Cali. Not too bad.

    The CA $2500 is now income restricted so not 10k for everyone.

    The income cap was lowered for cars purchased after 10/31. If you make over 300K (Joint filers) and 150K (Single filers), you can kiss the California rebate bye.
