I have an S and an X my daughter is in line for a 3 late next year. I would wait for the model 3. You may still get a state tax credit and the car still seems like a good value. Anyway you do it a new S will cost you 70k after credit and a 3 will be at least 15k less with no credits. Unless you need the extra size get the 3 Be patient
