I've seen other people's referral links, but I don't know what mine is (?) How do I find it so I can make a referral?

Like a lot of things, Tesla has a webpage specifically discussing their referral program. I will post it here, and then lock this thread since a thread like this will almost definitely turn into a bunch of referral discussion including people finding it and saying "use mine for XXXX" which we dont allow here.
