Yeah I'm assuming they are "running" things from the US as these are their work hours. Just means I've been wasted so many hours over the last month or so, hammering refresh all day long!!

The least they could do is put up a placeholder saying 'Back in 5 mins!' or some such lie.

I suspect they are smoking something...

Think the cleaner may have accidentally unplugged the server to vac behind it!

The same thing happened to me on Saturday and now again today. On Saturday it came back in a few minutes.
Strangely, it didn’t affect the Model S that I already own, it only affected the outstanding order for a Model 3. Must be a glitch with the pending orders only.

Given that so many folks with orders pending are on this thread, I have to ask, have any of you gotten a VIN yet? I order two weeks ago with the expectation that it would be 2 weeks till delivery, but I have no VIN and no contact about how close or far it might be.

Sorry to get people’s hopes up about scheduling in the previous post, I didn’t see which group I was posting to... Things are likely different over your way than here in California near the mothership... Best of luck to you all and wishing you all Teslas very soon.
As for the web outage, know that it is affect people here too and if it like the one on Saturday, it will be over soon.
