X Seat Flap 2021/2022 Refresh Won't Stay Down

Wondering if anyone else has this issue with seat flaps where it won't stay down. Its a little annoying looking back to see it always up like this. My other seat is fine. I flagged it when i picked up the car but they won't fix saying it is within spec. Is everyone else's like this too? I know its minor but shouldn't be the case on a $140k car.

Can you put a book or something on in front of it, so it presses back and see if the flap "learns" to stay down? I assume the flap is there since the seat folds forward.

This is the second row seat in a 6 seater, and no it doesn't fold down.

no, it wont stay down. I think it is because they essentially took the front seats and put them in the 2nd row for cost savings. The seats are also perforated but have no air coming out of them which is annoying to clean compared to non perforated seats. They claim thats how everyone's X is

Since they don't fold maybe a tiny bit of white Velcro will do the trick.

they have sewed in velcro..but perhaps i'll go buy some of those double sided velcro. Just wasn't sure if I just got a bad seat
