Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Somewhere I read (maybe here?) that a H-D is a machine for converting gasoline into much noise and needlessly low horsepower. My auto inspector who is a bit of a bike fan bent himself double at that quip. He said he prefers a 350 cc ride.

You did drive home the point rather forcefully. Lucky my earphones were plugged in but not in my ears, so it was just an annoying loud scratching noise as the scroll happened to pass your post. That was quite enough of a sample, even if it may have been funny. My loss then. Another datapoint...

Wow. Well, in that case perhaps SEC should not have promised the Judge to fix it quick. Eh? Maybe even return the ill-gotten money from those fleeced? As it turn out however, Musk himself compensated Tesla by buying stock for an equivalent amount, which has expanded bigly since. But the...

Well, the reverse is also true: Those who prematurely sold because of actions by SEC (decode the acronym how you will) can also claim to have been hurt by those. Suffice it to behold the subsequent share price development. QED Fox in henhouse.

Very sorry, seriously, but I just cannot see what you mean. Perhaps because of not having paid sufficient attention to the current debate. And it has been a long time since the fines. Could you please add some clarification? To my reading, SEC was supposed to use the 40M from fines to...

April 1, 2013 was IIRC when Elon tweeted something hopeful about not going negative, for the first time. That signalled to me I should invest, STAT. I did. Was not a joke, as such.

Yes. And acquired on the open market, obviously. Must keep up the appearance, right?

One part may be that she has hired a group of young enthusiastic people to do research in their own particular fields, and to share the findings in joint analysis. The other side does not have those advantages.

Meant to reply earlier but dropped it. So you buy a vehicle called Rogue and expect it to act NORMAL? smh ;)

Braking early also gives a bit of warning to following vehicles. I often just tap the pedal in case there is a potential situation ahead, even if there is no need to follow through with screeching rubber. It seems the human (or humane) thing to do.

Yes, I too find it useful to see some filtered content from those "social media" in the instances it is of value. Lets me continue to not endorse the vultures myself while gaining insights from people who do use such channels. Alas, many people and institutions find little alternative nowadays...
