I agree with you OCR but due to home delivery they are telling me they can’t generate the MVPA without full payment... Feels like without a MVPA I can’t pass go...

This was the shippers response to if I need to fully pay even without a MVPA and VIN: “Yes that is the only way we can complete the profile to make an auto generated MVPA.“

They now have added the link to my account so I can make full payment. Should I do that without having a VIN or a purchase agreement? It feels way too cart before the horse to me....or is this “normal” for a home delivery?

My account showed the RN and the VIN and a fictitious delivery date as I’m a home driver. Everything was complete except for the purchase agreement which was shown that they were generating. There was no link to make the final payment so I couldn’t do that if I even wanted to.
