Well I have gone and done it now too! On the same wheel! Just as well I didn't give my hubby a hard time when he did it... Tight roads with parked cars and tall kerbs are not our friend :(

He may take some comfort in knowing he is not alone! He has been driving for years and never done this before. We will have a go at the DIY fix and hope that it doesn't happen again too soon. Thanks as always for your input!

We had 34% as we drove out of West Drayton last week. Assume it started with a but more but we spent have 30 minutes checking it over and getting the profile set up. We charged it to 90% at the on site super charger for free.

I could cry... My husband has managed to catch the edge of one of the alloys, basically the only part not covered by the aero. Does anyone know how much it would be to repair the damage?

I am doing my quotes now as I just got my reg number through and finding the same! All the excesses are over £500, most £700. I need to use my car for business and so my best quote is £845 with legal protection. Ouch!

Ah, they didn't mention this in the Tesla store. They just told us we can buy a charger and the government grant would knock £500 off. Looking back they didn't specifically say "Tesla charger" we just assumed that was what they were referring to. Thanks!
