I think that is what every companies CEO is happy to see - people waiting in line for his product! Elon would be happy for that and also - the CULT product will be born. (it already is in a kind)

Why would it be so? If MS 70 is 70k$ in US and 70k€ in Europe - then why M3 would be 35k$ and 40k€ - how so?

It will not happen - but - interesting to think about this: Tesla could open reservation for Model 3 next week, without any specific information/photos - just - let everybody reserce M3 and pay, say - 1000 USD. And it could shoot up big res.numbers anyway, i think I would reserve for myself one...

For me this Q3 has been harmful. SCTY dropped and ENPH dropped. Just made my "plans" to be extended to.. say 1 or 2 extra years till any sufficient gains.

For post-soviet countries do not look for GDP or middle class. There is no middle class. You just somehow check the upper class / lux car sales and you get the idea how it actually looks in exact country for Model S sales perspective.

In Latvia Tesla doubled - it was up to 5 (max) till July (so it is more than 2 years since first Tesla in Latvia) and now it is + 5 in July = doubled ;) Now we have around 8-10 (some could be in Russia already)

My thought about Swap was - if my driving is 70% in city (lets assume we talk about Model 3 days) why should I carry bigger battery all the time if I use just 30-50miles max per day. So - if having small battery as a default one (50-150miles range) but with possibility to Swap it to 2-3x bigger...
