If an item remains unfixed or problem reappears multiple times, can you use the "Lemon" law to get satisfaction?

I have a problem with reseting. When I press the scroll wheels (only) both the computer screen and the dash go blank and (I'm guessing) reset. I guess I need to recontact Tesla service and see if they a way to fix.

My navigation shows that I am in Fremont area of San Francisco Bay rather than the true location of North Hills, NY. Is there a special way to reset my nav system (other than the few regular resets). I have a 2020 (April pick up) of a Model X Long Range Plus.

2017 X P100D. Never a problem, NOW it will not open except from dashboard.

Too bad they can't make a mock 3D version. Almost impossible too tell difference, from real one, at a glance. e.g. mock bullet hole decals.

I have both the X (P100D and S 85D). They are a tough fit in my garage. M3 would fit perfectly as my second car as S is coming off lease.

Also, Love that model 3 of yours. Exactly the one my wife and I are going to get, eventually.
