The sensor is incorrectly sensing in my case. It has a clearing horizontally but vertically the garage door opener is there. I think I have to convert my garage door opener to side mount to get rid of the obstacle on top.

I know that I can manually open the FWD using the B-Pillar control but can I also control the vertical/horizontal component? We would have plenty of room in the garage if I could make it open horizontally first but the door wants to go straight up vertically into the garage door opener.

You are right, I misunderstood the TeslaCam saving function. I read through the manual and it works as described. TeslaCam saves the latest 60 minutes and then overwrites and Sentry saves clips until the drive is full and then overwrites. More than 60 minutes had passed before I checked and...

I was hitched when the lights and plate were removed. Sentry could easily have been to far to trigger so I get why that footage would be missing. The more curious part is why there is zero footage from anytime on my drive when the trailer was attached (TeslaCam).

I recently used my trailer and none of the clips of my drive were recorded and sentry mode seems to have not captured anything either. Someone stole my license plate and both tail lights off of the trailer today and I have no footage! :(.

It's definitely coming from outside and near my front right wheel.

I am moving. It actually makes a different but related noise when going over bumps. You can hear it in the clip when I'm not moving the wheel back and forth.

Regarding evercharge charging by the hour and not kwh, doesn't that pose a problem as more users join? I mean the charging rate would decrease causing it to take more hours to charge and if the rate stays the same it would cost more right? Am I missing something?

Of course I did :). I did a main screen reset and then I also recalibrated the door. I used the procedure where you hold the fwd switch all the way up then down. Both had no change.

I liked evercharge because of the load balancing but I heard some people complain of the convoluted billing systems they use. Is there any truth to that? Are you happy with evercharge? Do they have a Tesla specific adaptor?

Isn't it funny, I'm using Teslafi to track the drain and it's likely the culprit... I'm not traveling long enough for about another month so I can't get a good test in, but it sounds like it's a combo of Teslafi polling the car and overheat protection.

So you just wear the air pods? Is there no way to use the air pods (or other headphones as a mic) and then use the cars stereo as the speaker?

Also just an FYI. My workaround this past week or so has been to sit all the way up with my head over the steering wheel and to talk directly into the mic. I can confirm this method works and your call recipient will hear you! Please see attached picture for reference.
