Thanks for the thoughtful response. Awesome to hear about the updates to Alexa/SmartClimate/Unlock...these are killer features, I'll likely use the unlock every day. Example: when leaving the kitchen to the garage "Alexa, please unlock my Tesla"...as the car won't self unlock from the back...

Yes, PG&E makes is really hard to get a clear picture of what they charge...customers shouldn't have to reverse engineer the plans/times/etc. I forgot one piece for weekends: NOTE: Weekends and holidays only include Peak (3-7 p.m.) and Off-Peak (all other hours) periods.

I've had the car less than a week but have charged to 100% each work day so far. With 110 mile commute burning an ave of 325 Wh/Mile, I feel much better with a/100% charge. I live in the south bay & commute to the city. LMK if you want to connect to test out the voltages.

Got the 8.0 update on Wed night. Today, I got a bunch of emails but zero sleeps. Just now ~9pm PT, I went out to the car and checked the "Always Connected" and then unchecked again - hoping that enabling/disabling will trigger some Zzz's for the car. Will report back tomorrow.

Let's see how this works. My car is ordered (not in production yet) but have already registered for TeslaFi.com. Maybe it'll start tracking before I even get it. :)

I just got lease offer from Tesla today. Buyout at end of 2 year lease was 72% of purchase price on a 60D 15K annual (fully loaded, minus cold/jump seats). PM me if you want the screen captures they sent me 24 & 36 offers.

Totally, getting up there in years myself. I'm coming from a Mini Cooper so just about anything is smoother, quieter, etc! The plan is air suspension too so I can get in/out of the driveway - I have to take it at a 45 degree angle w/the mini.

Funny how you either love them or hate them. I've read many threads on the forums about the likes/dislikes - matter of personal preference/taste? FWIW: I've only driven (or been in) cars with 21's & still in love with the ride & car.

Very close to ordering a 60D with 21's and looking to see what kind of real world range others are getting with their cars and larger rims. I live in the Bay Area with a daily commute of 110 miles round trip (very minimal evaluation change), no major temp or weather issues, mostly highway...

I'm about to order a 60D (can't wait) but can't justify the price of the 75 upgrade. My daily commute is ~110-115 miles (80% highway at 75MPH and 20% stop & go city driving). How much range are you getting when you charge as you suggest.
