I've not noticed any meaningful change. I have around 2,100 miles on the car and charged to 90% yesterday and it reported 279 miles. If I recall when it was new it was always 279 / 280.

The store in Wexford has had (customer) Model 3s the last few tones I’ve been there. When I picked mine up on Tuesday there were two others. Probably not worth an hour trip on a hunch but if you find yourself out here it might be worth driving through.

I financed through TechCU at 48 months @ 1.99% with $35k down. Tesla offers for Model 3 financing seem to be higher than that. Tesla Auto Financing - Tech CU Tell them Tesla referred you and spend the $8 to join this thing to make you eligible for membership (unless you work a tech company)...

Only thing wrong with mine at pickup was the fact that it started raining and then snowing so I only got to have it clean for a few minutes. Oh and they forgot to remove the film from my mirrors and screen.

I have a Leaf and I love it but don't love not being able to go more than 30 miles from home. Plus I commute to work and would love to have TACC and EAP in traffic (at least I think I will, I'll know when I pick it up on Tuesday)

Well the rate reduction should help quite a bit. I think your usage is on the high side but 4k square feet is a large space to heat / cool. I just bought a Sense meter to get an idea of my usage before having some solar panels installed later this year. It might be worth a look to get a handle...

If you have your VIN assigned give them a call and ask for a rough estimate of your delivery. I did that and they assigned an ISA.

My delivery date moved up almost 10 days once it was actually on the train. Then it moved back four days because of 'weather'. If I update my insurance effective date again I think my agent is going to kill me.

They offer a product at a price. You can choose to buy it or not, I don't see anything unethical in how this is being handled. It just seems like you're bitter that you have to choose between early delivery and the exact configuration that you prefer.

I got an updated purchase agreement once I finalized my trade details and passed along the financing info. That has the VIN plus the tax, etc..

I'm adding solar panels (no Powerwall though) and it added $38/yr to my insurance. They said coverage is similar to my roof regarding storms, etc. I don't have the panels installed yet so I haven't seen the details on the policy.

I was talking to the manager at my local Tesla store and he told me that once a VIN is assigned the specialist can see when production of the car will be completed and get a delivery...

I believe it means that production is scheduled.

I assumed they want to build mine before west coast orders so that I can get it across the country before the end of the quarter.
