Just an update on my swirl marks.... Booked in at West Drayton for next Monday for 2 days, loaner provided. Wish me luck!

a couple i saw were the same, and the Tesla rep said they’d all been like that.

So just collected my red LR from Southampton. everything great at first glance, but paint is absolutely covered in swirl marks. The rep told me it was the valeting firm they were using and they noticed it on every car from the start of deliveries today at 9am. He told me to log it in the app.

No more sleeps :)

Not sure when it happened but looks like tow hitch has gone up from 1k to 1.3k

I don’t have any advice but I’m sure you’ll be happy either way. I just sold my X as wasn’t using it very much and don’t need the size as much any more; waiting on a 3. But the X was undoubtedly the best car I’ve ever owned. Good luck!

Maybe so - none of them match my spec (Red with aero wheels) but would hope others waiting can get a match? I only ordered on boxing day so it may have been that there are just a handful on the GLOVIS CENTURY with tow bar and early orders like yours getting matched first?

@gavhall following on from your post here in the shipping thread. Congrats! AFAICT nobody else has yet been matched with an LR with tow bar, leading to speculation that there were no tow bar equipped cars on the GLOVIS CENTURY. When did you order, and is your VIN definitely an LRW?

What's the difference between something like this (untethered) and a standard blue socket? I'm leaning toward the latter for my parents place since it needs to be done in April before I get the X and so before I'm eligible for the grant. I could have them install the wiring and leave it...

Hi all Patiently awaiting delivery of my X which is supposedly set for June. As I used a referral code ill be getting a Tesla wall charger which I plan to install at home. I'd also like to get a charger installed at my parents house - they are having some major electrical work done in April...
