Thanks for for the reply. My new Tesla wall charger averages 36 KW vs. the 72KW on my old one and I only had to pay ten dollars more! I would never buy after market for my 100D, keep the faith my friend.

A freak lightening strike to my garage knocked out all circuits. All other outlets were and brought back. Had to order a new wall unit. Anyone have any experience in restoring wall units?

For those who own a Chademo adaptor ($450 Tesla), an hour or so at the Clarksville Electrify America to gain 40 miles, still leaves about 200 miles to OKC SC (West Reno St). It defies logic that Tesla continues to make East/West I-40 travel though Arkansas so difficult.

Yes, I've used my 1772 several times @about 18-19KW. I was thinking about reported CHAdeMO numbers whenI wrote this....I wasn't aware Tesla offered a domestic CHAdeMO adaptor. Thanks for the correction

I also have the J-1772 adaptor @ -+50 KW. The CCS-CHAdeMO is supposed to deliver up to 150KW - unable to find on Tesla web

Looking for info re:CCS-CHAdeMO adaptor availability (USA) for my S. Several Walmart Supercenters offer Electrify America charging sites in Arkansas. No SC stations on I-40 in the state, thus always looking for charging opportunities going west.

Happy news...State of Arkansas has refunded my overcharge and sent a clarification to sales tax clerks re :language contained in Tesla Bill of Sale to insure accurate tax calculation based on purchase price.

I was overcharged $780 on the sales tax for my S because the state calculated my charge based on the Cash Price of the vehicle rather than the Total Vehicle price. The explanation given by the State was , the "Price Adjustment," (which showed the discount) had to be worded, " Dealer Discount."...
