When maneuvering at low speed, sometimes I hear a “clunk” sound as the car stops. It happens both in Drive and Reverse but not always. Service Center has been unable to fix. Video for reference: https://youtu.be/mb7Dvk6eVLA

It happens when I press on the brake to come to a full stopBrake caliper(s)? Are you actively pressing on the brake pedal or relying upon one-pedal driving mode?
Yeah, I notice this occasionally when using Auto Steer or when trying to move closer than where the car naturally stops. I also feel some feedback on the brake pedal when the "clunk" noise is heard.I hear it sometimes when then car auto halts and sometimes when I brake the car. Very noticeable when I tried to creep forward so I am not the jerk 1/2 a car length from the person in front of me.
I turned regen to low a while back and used the brakes more for a few days to see if it helped but didn’t seem to make a differenceYour physical brakes must not have been used much. When you do go to use them they might make noise and grip differently? This is from my ICE car.
Haven’t encountered those issuesThat sounds similar to the click/thud I experience when accelerating from a STOP while going straight or turning sharp at driveway and parking lot speeds.
That is a different sound and normalI hear a clunk sound when stopping mode is set to Hold (which also automatically engages Vehicle Hold when you come to a stop). Sometimes if I'm on autopilot and traffic is crawling around 1-5 mph, it keeps annoyingly clicking on and off. Not sure if that's the same sound you're hearing.

I know what you mean but it’s definitely not the same sound. The regen full stop sound is a light click, this is more of a “thunk!”I don't know what it sounds like from outside the car (I'm always inside the car), but based on the OP's video, I think that could possibly be what it is. Because it's happening right as the car approaches 0 mph. Just a thought.
No, please let me know if you do.@codeoverride
Did you ever get this resolved? I have the very same thunk sound. Seems like it is the first slow stop from each time I start driving. Subsequent stops seem normal.
Did you tap the button on the stalk to out it in park before the car settled to a stop? When maneuvering at low speed, sometimes I hear a “clunk” sound as the car stops. It happens both in Drive and Reverse but not always. Service Center has been unable to fix. Video for reference:
