“Navigation Data Update Available”

Mine has been saying "downloading navigation update" for about 20 hours now. The green bar is as far across to the right as it can go (I think). It may have lost the internet connection for a while as the router decided to crash. Anyway of restarting it ?

Holding down both steering wheel buttons for 20 seconds ought to do it..
