2017-2020 P100D differences

I am looking at picking up a 17-20 P100D. Are there any differences in the cars thru these years It seems like they are all the same. If so I'm leaning towards saving the money and picking up a 17.

There are big differences, most notably Raven.

TL;DR there are huge changes to the car in that period.
