The lock/unlock sounds honk the horn briefly. I already know lock state from mirrors folding (or not).
I think it would be most useful for future base model without folding mirrors.
Or people who disable folding mirrors for some reason.

I had 21.9 before... With that it was only service center Wifi.

With this 26.3 update, I can connect the car to random Wifi.

Two behind. WiFi/Summon was 24.x (naturally, if you skip 24.x, the 26.x update will include features from the previous updates)

That happened with 24.X, but I am still on 21.9 so I don't have summon or wi-fi yet either!

I just got 26.3 and the app now shows I have a Red Model 3 (performance?) with 20" wheels. Hope I can unlock my car after work because my car is gray with 18".

Not sure, give it a try and let us know . I went to the service center. I don’t see why they can’t do it remotely, all they need is your VIN.

They may or may not agree to do it, but they don't need your VIN, they have your phone number (assuming you call from the phone # that is in your account).

I had an issue with one of my downloads so they had to push it through again - they say it will take 24-72 hours but it came through a few hours later.

Took my 3 in for service today and mentioned that I had intermittent brake/washer fluid warnings; was told this firmware would fix that. Apologies - didn't note the firmware I was on prior.

If you want 24.x and don't have it, go to service complaining about intermittent fuzzy/distorted Slacker audio. They'll give you 24.8.

Well I just called the main number and they said no there's literally nothing they can do because it's random.

They don’t want to. It was an act of God to get an update to try to fix some quirks. After 6 phone reps and two weeks I finally got a guy who put me on hold and called service center.
