Got it last night and so far ... hard to see any any difference:

• cell phone as a key - works but not reliably, no change
• AutoPilot left lane change - new to me, failed several times
• existing AutoPilot, left curve with an exit problem - remains like before

I too have had it fail left lane changes off the highway regularly since the latest batch of updates, it sees cars in multiple Lans but only offers right lane changes
