2020.24.6 roundabout behavior I

It now shows a rotary / round about sign and will stop unless you tap the gas or stalk to confirm it’s safe to proceed.

Edit: no idea why the image is rotated. Looks fine on my phone. Can’t figure out how to yell forum software to rotate

Looks like the roundabout message added in 2020.20.13 (for Canada, Australia, New Zealand) is coming to US now. I wonder if the icon is correctly flipped for right-hand-drive vs left. Here's a screenshot from Tesla Straya's video about the previous version:

Navigation has handled roundabouts for a long time now ("take the 2nd exit from the roundabout" voice over), so Autopilot is probably reusing that data to stop and show the roundabout icon.

Correct it will not negotiate the roundabout.
It will display the sign and stop on its own unless you tap the accelerator. Previously my car would treat some roundabouts as a stop sign. Now at least it gives you the option to continue.

I guess we got lucky. Tesla's random VIN generator picked our VINs to go at the front of the line.

I also got 2020.24.6 yesterday. In addition, my LR+ range also was increased to 404 mi. I also can confirm the roundabout functionality.

I just got 2020.24.6.1 and the functionality has changed for me.

It still shows the roundabout sign but now there is no option to tap to proceed. I tried it on the same two roundabouts that it worked on on 24.6

I got it this morning and took it for a test drive. The backup cams are nice. The new "follow through green light" is pretty cool also. However, since the car still sticks to speed limits, you are rarely following another car anyway, since anyone ahead of you has pulled away going 5-10mph faster than you are. Sadness.

I just get the 2020.24.6.4 today. I will try it out on tomorrow. It is good to feel like a new car whenever new update is received.
