The HV battery capacity retention is within acceptable range. No replacement needed for capacity retention loss. The HV battery capacity retention is 94.2 %.
Per log:
: Idle energy loss in the period was 1.5kWh, at a rate of 7.9kWh per day. This is unusually high, indicating the vehicle was kept awake whilst idle for a significant proportion of idle time.
Total time in support during the lookback period was 4.5 hours, meaning the car was kept awake for 18.9% of time with data available.

Not sure what you are asking? If you are asking about battery capacity, that number will fluctuate and you WILL see a degradation, period. Expect to see anywhere from 5-10% in the first year or so of usage, then it will stabilize/slow down. Unless you see substantial battery degradation, e.g. something like losing 20% in year 1, do yourself a favor and not worry about it and just enjoy the car. Otherwise you will be very stressed out for something you can do nothing about.

If you are asking about vehicle daily usage while idle, that is high. A couple of things: 1) do you have sentry mode on? 2) do you have cabin over heat protection on? 3) do you keep checking your app? All those things will keep the car awake/burn energy.
