I just picked the car up Saturday. It's fantastic so far.

I noticed that it seems my software is several versions behind. When can I expect an update? I'm missing some of the features I should have with FSD.

Access to wifi is the usual issue.

Go into your app and select "schedule service" then select "software update". Mobile service will pickup the ticket (it doesn't matter what time/service center you select) and push you the update.

I picked up my 4/19 LR Rear Motor (AP and FSD) build on April 27 with that firmware installed and in the past week I have received the two latest updates 12.1.1 and then 12.1.2; both over LTE. It will show up soon. I also believe you have to allow the update so check any app notifications.

It will always be behind and you may not get all releases that you hear about.
Make sure it is connected to WiFi for updates

Given your version number you almost certainly have HW3 rather than AP2.5, and are on a different "branch" of sorts from everyone else. Given the ever increasing number of cars being delivered with HW3 it's likely you will start seeing more frequent updates. I am guessing they were previously limiting them to EAP releases to employees.
