We are currently waiting for our Model X, ordered end of June. We went by the Tesla store today because we wanted to specifically look at a couple things. The salesman proceeded to inform us that we no longer receive an hour orientation on our new Model X, we will get 5-10 minutes. The reason given was "due to the increase in Model 3 deliveries". He then proceeded to let us know if we wanted to schedule time with them after we take delivery, they would be glad to come out to our car and spend some time with us.
I'm a little... miffed... for lack of a better word. I'm spending over $100k on this vehicle and you're going to give me 10 minutes? Because of the Model 3? What kind of customer service is that? I have serious concerns and this is a red flag for me. Luckily, we were able to have it over night but we've never seen the app, barely scratched the surface, and I get 10 minutes? Is it just me? Has anyone else dealt with this or heard about this?
Thanks!
