A cheap journey at least. The adventure comes at no extra cost.First proper long day in the car.
In my old e400d it'd not even use a full tank of fuel and be totally painless....... I wonder what it'll bring in a model 3.
I’m not sure how 40p kw/h at superchargers. Compares to 50mpgA cheap journey at least. The adventure comes at no extra cost.
If that's a BMW dash '50mpg' then it's more like about 35.I’m not sure how 40p kw/h at superchargers. Compares to 50mpg
If you have a Home Charger and leave with a 90% full Battery the first 200 - 300 Miles will be extremely cheap.I’m not sure how 40p kw/h at superchargers. Compares to 50mpg
no its a mercedes dash 54, which was a real 50mpg. which it'd do sat at 80mph.If that's a BMW dash '50mpg' then it's more like about 35.

Not sure how that myth ever propagated. I used to use Fuelly and the BMW OBC was within 1 mpg of Fuelly’s figureIf that's a BMW dash '50mpg' then it's more like about 35.

Long Range? If I can get from home to the Grantham superchargers, that's 238 miles.... I'd be amazed if I could get that far.
Long Range?
If yes you should easily do that. I regularly travel to a customer 121 miles away up the A1 . Leaving with 95-100%, I get back home with 21% remaining. 242 miles with a cabin heat from cold on return leg. That’s at less than 5 Celsius, dry day. Superchargers at St Neots if you don’t fancy pushing it.
I've said it before, and @Jason71 will be here soon to tell me I'm doing it wrong, but I have never ever got even close to 200 miles 100% from my M3P, let alone 202 with 62 left. Congratulations, my friend, you are obviously doing it properly.I did 202 miles yesterday in my MP3 not hanging about, majorly on motorways. 20.5 deg cabin, 50% heavy rain and dark. (Winter tyres fitted) Journeys end 62 miles range left. Very happy with that.
Also noticed that the updated software is far less prone to phantom braking.
I'd tend to agree, 200+ miles would be a result for me at this time of year...I've said it before, and @Jason71 will be here soon to tell me I'm doing it wrong, but I have never ever got even close to 200 miles 100% from my M3P, let alone 202 with 62 left.
