As is with a dealer - except with a dealer you'd never know how much you've been stitched up, compared to the next punter.
I can imagine how annoying it must be ... hopefully "soonest forgotten" once you've had the car a while
If you registered in the quarter and didn't get the credit cause you missed it by whatever timing, contact your sales rep and when they give you the same run around, ask to talk to a higher level manager until you get to the regional level. So they know people do not like being used and than ignored.

Based on umpteen years of experience and reading this forum I think more likely the reason is that the person you spoke to didn't know the answer.
Clearly not aceptable that they aren't trained to know the answer.
Also unacceptable that they don't say "I don't know but will find out". If I had a quid for every time users/newbies on here said "I was told by Tesla Rep XXX", and all the old hands here said "Borrocks!" ...
Unacceptable, and beggars belief to me that none of them say "Dunno" ...

VW ID4 is going up in price and all reservation holders will have to stump up the up-lift. I can't think of any occasion when Tesla has done that to people who have placed an order and are waiting patiently .and during that time Tesla raised the price (which has happened often)

Where would they appear? Someone on another thread said they used a supercharger on the 2nd and were not charged for it..

One assumes they appear as zero cost when you charge. But am not going to try it until someone confirms to be that i wont be... as far cheaper at home...

Yes, you will be able to see the miles/expiry in the Loot box & can also check in the app via 'Account -> Charging -> History' (similarly in your online account)

Yeah, they just appeared in the loot box my app! Expiry 4th Jan 2025! So I guess they went on overnight.
