(Another) Request for an Electrician to install HPWC

A buddy of mine just ordered his Model 3 and purchased the HPWC. He has a 200 amp panel but it is in the basement. I gave him the name of the electrician who did my install but he is busy for at least the next 2 - 3 weeks.

Any recommendations for an electrician in the GTA that I can refer to my friend to come over and look at his set-up?

They do flat rate for runs up to 40ft I believe. I used them for my install and they did a very clean job.
