Are you sure you are entering all 17 characters?
Does the "Search" button change from grey to black upon typing the 17th character?
Is there any error message displayed when you click on the Search button?
I've entered my 2018 LR VIN at the site and it reports the trunk harness recall.
I just tried the Tesla Service link, and I found you must hit ‘return’ key after having put in your 17 digit VIN for the grayed out ‘Search’ button on the screen to turn to black so you can press it. Only then will it allow you to go further.
