that will pay for the 50k tesla can sue me for
Tesla may sue you for a lot more than 50k - the entire mark up

Tesla may seek injunctive relief to prevent the transfer of title of the Vehicle or demand liquidated damages from you in the amount of $50,000 or the value received as consideration for the sale or transfer, whichever is greater. Tesla may also refuse to sell you any future vehicles.

That's F******K up man! You don't own the truck even after buying. Shameful and un-capitalistic of what Tesla is doing.
This is hardly breaking news. The policy is intended to stop the shitbag scaplers. If someone doesn't want to have this limitation, then they don't have to buy the vehicle. They can buy something else, or wait until Tesla removes the policy, which will happen after the initial orders. Capitalism is still alive and well.

Your supporting companies so they own the stuff you buy. Retro video games can make video games cost more, nobody is complaining. New nike drops with limited quantity. People resell them all the time. No problems.

You still own it, you just can't resell it for a profit within 1 year. That is a very reasonable anti-scalping provision. Tesla has an interest in customer satisfaction related to their paid wait-lists. Scalping/flipping a model that some people have been on the wait list for years is highly toxic to that.
Tesla doesn't have a monopoly on the EV Truck market, and they don't even have the best offering. Someone who's not comfortable with this very clear provision can buy a Rivian, an F-150 Lightning, or Silverado and get a better truck. This is a free market, and people have choices. Those who still want to own the Cybertruck shouldn't have a problem owning it for just 1 year.

Does it work to have your company buy the car and then sell the company? All the people dodging sales taxes on 6 or 7 figure cars with Montana plates are doing it by forming an LLC in Montana and then having the LLC buy the car so it is owned in Montana, which does not have sales tax on cars or state inspections. Lots of people need to have vehicles purchased by their company for tax purposes, especially for "work" trucks, so I don't see how Tesla could block that.
