Just checked and mine says August-October for dual motor. Assume you must have reserved later.

Just because your estimate for standard range is the 3 month block after your estimate for first production doesn't mean that AWD will follow the same pattern. I'd assume it means that they are estimating a lot of other people in front of you will wait for AWD which will push yours back.
